Efficacy (noun) 

اثر ، تاثیر

"the ability to produce a desired or intended result"
Example:  there is little information on the efficacy of this treatment.
Synonyms: effectiveness, success, successfulness, productiveness, fruitfulness, potency, power
Antonyms: inefficacy

Zealous (adjective)

 پرجوش، سرگرم، متعصب

"having or showing zeal"
Example: the council was extremely zealous in the application of the regulations.
Synonyms: fervent, ardent, fervid, fiery, passionate, impassioned, devout, devoted, committed
Antonyms: apathetic, indifferent

Sanctity (noun) 

تقدس، پاکی، صفائی

"the state or quality of being holy, sacred, or saintly"
Example: the site of the tomb was a place of sanctity for the ancient Egyptians.
