Dilute (verb) 

ملاوٹ کرنا، پتلا کرنا

"make (a liquid) thinner or weaker by adding water or another solvent to it"
Example: bleach can be diluted with cold water.

Persuade (verb) 

راغب کرنا،قائل کرنا، اکسانا

"induce (someone) to do something through reasoning or argument."
