Distraught (adjective) 

مخبوط الحواس، پریشان خیال، گھبرایا ہوا

"very worried and upset."

Examples: 
  • He shook his head, obviously still distraught by the mere thought of it. 
  • When she opened her eyes, she was distraught to see the cozy living room of her father's apartment.
Synonyms: worried, upset, distressed, fraught, devastated, shattered, overcome,
Antonyms: self-collected, gladdened, tranquil, self-composed


Agonize (verb)

 اذیت، درد، عذاب

undergo great mental anguish through worrying about something.

Examples: 
  • All the time they agonized and prayed.
  • We agonized for hours about which wallpaper to buy. 
  • Synonyms: worry, fret, fuss, upset oneself, rack one’s brains, wrestle with oneself, be worried
    Antonyms: abet, aid, assist, help

Vigilance (noun)

 چوکسی، ہوشیاری، نگرانی

the action or state of keeping careful watch for possible danger or difficulties.

Decisive (adjective)

Trample (verb)

 پیروں تلے کچلنا، روندنا، پامال کرنا

Futile (adjective)
