Obligation (noun) 

فرض ، ذمہ داری، احسان

"an act or course of action to which a person is morally or legally bound; a duty or commitment."

Examples: 
  • We have a moral obligation to protect the environment.
  • I have an obligation to look after her.
Synonyms: duty, commitment, responsibility, moral imperative, function, task, job, chore, assignment
Antonyms: repayment, discharge, quittance, release

Flounder (verb) 

ڈگمگا کر چلنا، مشکل سے چلنا، چکرا کر چلنا

"struggle or stagger clumsily in mud or water"
Examples: 
  • The new democracy there continues to flounder.
