Examples:

Examples:

  • He failed the exam twice. If you were to call a spade a spade then you would not push him to give it again.

4) Palm off

"Pass off by deception, substitute with intent to deceive"
Examples:
  • The salesman tried to palm off a zircon as a diamond.

Examples:
